Henry Atta - Owusu Serbeh
Mr. Henry Atta-Owusu Serbeh is a realistic, accomplished and a resourceful businessman with a comprehensive knowledge in accounting. He also has excellent entrepreneurial and marketing skills.
Mr. Serbah was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asante Akyem Rural Bank Plc on 18th February, 2023 to succeed Professor Rexford Assasie Oppong who had by then completed his tenure. He was appointed as a Director on 22nd of June, 2020.
He is the Managing Director of Hebhress Enterprise. Prior to becoming the Managing Director, he has served as a Deputy Managing Director of Sarfo Trading Company Limited from January, 2010 to December, 2018.
He holds Masters in Business Administration (Accounting) Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology; Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Cape Coast and he is a proud old student of Prempeh College.

Samuel Asiamah Snr.
Mr. Samuel Asiamah Jnr. has worked with the Ghana Revenue Authority for over twenty-five (25) years. Currently, he is a Principal Revenue Officer.
Prior to becoming the Principal Revenue Officer from 2014, he started his journey with the Ghana Revenue Authority in 2002 as an Assistant Revenue Officer. In 2005, he served as the Sub-Manager at Navrongo Sub-Office.
Mr. Asiamah is a self-motivated and resourceful person with a strong leadership skill in board governance and new business development.
He was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors on 26th November, 2019.
Mr. Asiamah holds a Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology; Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Cape Coast; Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Tax Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management Public Administration.

Ricky Osei Owusu
Mr. Ricky Osei Owusu was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Asante Akyem Rural Bank on 22nd June, 2020. He is also the Credit Committee Chairman of the Bank.
He is currently the Regional Manager of Ghana Free Zone Authority, Ashanti Region. He started his career as a national Service person at Ghana Free Zone Board, Cantonments in 2007 where he served as a Monitoring Assistant. He was later appointed as the Monitoring/Compliance Officer, where he was responsible for monitoring activities of Free Zone Companies Nationwide to ensure Compliance with the Free Zone Act. He being result-oriented, dynamic, proactive and hardworking made him rise to become the Regional Manager at the same company.
Director Ricky, as he is popularly known holds a Master of Business Administration (Logistics & Supply Chain Management) Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Education (Social Science) Degree from the University of Cape Coast.

Sarpong Gyamfuaah
Ms. Gyamfuaah Sarpong (Esq) was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Asante Akyem Rural Bank Plc on 4th October, 2021. She is also a member of the Finance, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.
Ms. Gyamfuaah Sarpong (Esq) has over seventeen (17) years of working experience as a Lawyer with capacity extending from criminal law, civil law and real property law. She also acts as a legal advisor for individuals, institutions and corporate bodies.
Ms. Sarpong started her law career in 2005 at Hesse & Larsey Law Firm as a Junior Associate. She further worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the Attorney’s General’s Department. Her success story did not end there as she became the Assistant Registrar at the Registrar General’s Department.
Currently, Ms. Sarpong works at the Attorney General’s Department, Kumasi as the Assistant State Attorney to Principal State Attorney.
She obtained her LLB from the University of Ghana and holds a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law.

Prince Osei
Mr. Prince Osei was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors for Asante Akyem Rural Bank Plc on 22nd June, 2020. He is the Chairman of the Finance, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.
Mr. Osei is a Chartered Accountant with over fourteen (14) years working experience. He started his career at Atwima Mponua District Assembly (Accounts Department) in 2009 as a national service person. He later on became an Accountant in charge of MP’s Common Fund, persons with Disability Accounts and preparation of monthly returns at the same District Assembly. He also moved to Sekyere Kumawu District Assembly in 2017 as a District Finance Officer. He later worked as a Municipal Finance Officer at Asante Akyem South Municipal Assembly.
Mr. Osei is currently a Municipal Finance Officer at Bekwai Municipal Assembly (Amansie East).
He holds Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology; Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Education, Winneba and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Sunyani Polytechnic. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Frank Gyamfi
Mr. Frank Gyamfi is an industrious, well organized and self motivated person with good analytical and communication skills. He is noted for his leadership role in the Asante Akyem North District Assembly. He is the Chairman of Public Relations and Complaints Committee, Chairman for Social Service Committee, Audit Committee Member and a Presiding Member of Asante Akyem North Municipal Assembly.
He has over nine (9) years experience in teaching. Mr. Gyamfi was a tutor at Juaso Senior High School, Collins Senior High School and left the teaching Industry after he had taught at Konongo Odumasi Senior High School for three (3) years. He has also worked with the Ghana Revenue Authority as an Operations Officer. Mr. Gyamfi currently works with Ghana gas Limited.
Mr. Gyamfi was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Asante Akyem Rural Bank Plc on 30th November, 2021. He is a Member of the Finance, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee and the Credit Committee of the Bank.
He holds a Master of Education in Mathematics from the University of Education, Winneba and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Cape Coast.
